Trust comes from precise statements. This page says what KWIK3 does, and where our checks stop.
Providers
What we check.
Each provider profile shows these facts as plain statements, such as “License on file”, with the state and status.
- License details
- Providers submit a trade license number and state where their trade and location require one. KWIK3 staff check the details before the provider can bid.
- Insurance details
- Providers submit current business insurance details. KWIK3 staff check that they are on file. The policy belongs to the provider. It may not cover every loss.
- Services and area
- A provider is invited only to the services they have activated and the ZIP codes they serve.
- Conduct on KWIK3
- Completed jobs, cancellations, reported problems, and reviews stay on the provider record.
What we do not claim
- KWIK3 does not run criminal background checks on providers in this prototype.
- KWIK3 does not insure the work or promise the outcome of a job.
- A payment account in good standing is not proof of a license, insurance, or skill.
- Providers are independent businesses. They are not KWIK3 employees.
Payment
Held by KWIK3 until completion.
- When you pay
- You pay through KWIK3 to confirm the job, on the price basis of the bid you chose.
- While work is under way
- Funds are held by KWIK3. Extra work needs a change order that you accept first.
- When the provider is paid
- The transfer to the provider starts after you approve the completed work, or when the review window in the bid ends with no problem reported.
- If something is wrong
- Report a problem inside the review window. The transfer is put on hold while KWIK3 reviews the job.
- Fees
- Requesting bids is free for customers. KWIK3 keeps a percentage of the job payment from the provider, shown to the provider before they bid.
PrototypePayments are simulated. No card details are collected and no money moves.
Reviews
Only from completed jobs.
- Who can review
- Only the customer and the provider of a job completed on KWIK3.
- Blind until both submit
- Neither side sees the other review until both are submitted or the review period closes.
- New providers
- A provider with no reviews is shown as “New on KWIK3”. We do not invent ratings or counts.
Your details
Your address stays private until you choose.
- Before you choose
- Invited providers see the city and ZIP code of the job, your description, your answers, and your photos.
- After you choose
- Only the provider you selected receives the exact address and your contact number.
- Photos
- Avoid photos that show faces, documents, keys, or alarm panels. Show the problem and the equipment label.
Safety
KWIK3 is not an emergency service.
- Gas smell
- Leave the building. Do not use switches or flames. Call 911 or your gas utility from outside.
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Get everyone into fresh air and call 911.
- Flooding you cannot stop
- Keep people away from water near electricity. Shut off the main water valve only if it is safe to reach.
- Burning smell or sparks
- Switch off the system at the breaker if it is safe, and call 911 if there is smoke or fire.

Help with a request or a job.

Signed-in customers and providers can message each other inside a job and report a problem from the job page. Reported problems go to KWIK3 staff.
This prototype has no staffed phone line or support inbox. Contact details and response times will be published here before launch.

Until they are published, this site is a prototype for demonstration. Do not rely on it to arrange real work.
