You pay when you are paid.

KWIK3 keeps a percentage of each completed job payment made on the platform. The rate and your expected net are shown on every bid before you submit.

Payment timing, in three separate steps

Customer charged
The customer pays through KWIK3 to confirm the job. Funds are held by KWIK3 until completion.
Transfer to you
Starts when the customer approves completion or the review window in your bid ends, unless a case is open.
Bank payout
Your payment account pays out to your bank on its own schedule. KWIK3 shows this state separately.

Payments are simulated in this prototype. No money moves.

Requirements

What you need to join.

KWIK3 staff check your details before you receive invitations. We do not promise a volume of work or income.

A plumbing or HVAC business
You choose the specific services you perform, such as drains and clogs or heat pumps.
Trade license
License number and state, where your trade and location require one.
Insurance
Current insurance details for your business.
Service area
The ZIP codes you serve inside the Inland Empire, San Diego, Miami-Dade, or Broward.
Payment account
A connected payment account to receive transfers. Setting one up is simulated in this prototype.
