- Local HVAC businesses with license and insurance details on file, checked by KWIK3 staff.

- Gas smell
- Leave the building. Do not use switches or flames. Call 911 or your gas utility from outside.
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Get everyone into fresh air and call 911. Do not start a request first.
- Burning smell or sparks
- Switch the system off at the breaker if it is safe, and call 911 if there is smoke or fire.
- Extreme heat or cold
- KWIK3 is not an emergency service. If someone in the home is at risk, find a safe place first.

Questions
HVAC on KWIK3.
- Why are most HVAC bids a diagnostic visit?
- A fault usually has to be found on site. The bid states the visit fee. The repair is quoted after, and you approve it before work starts.
- Heating and cooling are one category. Why?
- Many businesses do both, and a heat pump does both in one system. Providers still qualify for each service separately.
- Will I always get three bids?
- No. Three is the maximum. If one or two providers bid, you see exactly that.
- Can I get a new system installed?
- Not yet. Whole-system replacement is outside the services open today.
